USE

• The GKSuite Software is the application to connect the GK-7 controller or the GENIUS level gauge to your PC or server.
• It allows to manage the supplies, the users, the vehicles and the levels of your tanks.
• It is required a communication kit that includes the GKSuite Software and the required converter for the connection of the GK-7 controller or the GENIUS level gauge to your PC.

• MANAGE, CONTROL AND LIMIT ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS

Establish limits or balance by user, create groups of users and/or vehicles and get the supply lists by user and/or vehicle. It also allows the integrated management of the GENIUS level gauge.

• EASILY CONFIGURABLE ALARMS

They allow to control the tank level, the irregular uses, the consumption of the vehicles or other indicators you need. If you want, it is possible to receive the notice in your email.

• AUTOMATIC COMMUNICATION WITH THE GK-7 CONTROLLER

The communication between the GKSuite and the GK-7 is bidirectional. The data are typed in the PC and they are transferred to the GK-7. The configuration can be made manually or configure the GK-Suite so that it automatically communicates regularly.

• CLIENT-SERVER VERSION

The GKSuite C/S version allows its installation in a server for a simultaneous access of different users.

• INTEGRATION WITH YOUR SOFTWARE OR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

The database of the GKSuite C/S is connected easily and automatically to other database.

• CONFIGURATION AND CUSTOMISATION OF THE SOFTWARE

Configuration of the language, currency, measurement unit (litres or gallons), identification system, ... It allows to assign different permissions of the different users of the software and several other options.

Configuration

• All the configuration can be made from the PC.
• It allows to add your logo in the lists.
• It allows to define how your GK-7 is going to work.

Users and vehicles

• Create groups.
• Introduce or delete data.
• Assign a limit or balance per user*.

*not compatible with communication via iButton.

• Assign the fluids to be supplied to the vehicle.
• Assign the regular consumption of the vehicle.

Stock

• Consult the litres there are in the tank and their cost.
• Type the fuel purchases.
• Establish level alarms.
• View the teorethical level or, by installing the GENIUS level gauge, the real level reading.

Operators

• Assign different users of the software with different profiles.
• Limit the use of different areas to certain user.

Alarms

• Configure warnings of an irregular use.
• Establish warnings for programmed actions: maintenance, tank filling, etc.
• Receive a warning email: when the minimum level is reached, when the tank has been filled, when a user exceedes the supply limit, and so on.

Supply list

• Customise your lists by user, vehicle, groups.
• Summarised or detailed lists of the supplies and their real cost.

Data Export

• All the data and lists can be exported to files with *.txt or *.csv format
• Input or external supplies
• It is possible to type the supplies you have made in other service station or dispenser.

Automatic connection to another Software

• The GKSuite C/S database allows the automatic connection to other database.
