Litre controller for industrial dispensers

Why to install a consumption controller?

The agricultural water dispensers are used under the responsibility and the control of the users themselves.

Unfortunately, nowadays, there is an indiscriminated use of water and without any control.

The water cost is charged to the line item of water without control, which finally is paid by the users who have not used it.

The aim of our controller is:

  • to save the water consumption through a control of the supplies per user; so, the user knows the use is controlled and it will avoid water scraps and non-essential uses.
  • to know the supplied litres per user. The system has built-in a management and control software of the supplies done by the user.
  • to have the possibility of invoicing to each user according to the done consumption.
  • to communicate several installations to the same central PC.

Use

  • Each user has a key with a magnetic chip.
  • The user has to identify himself/herself in the controller with this magnetic key so that the dispenser is started.
  • When the supply is finished, the controller saves the supplied litres per user in its memory.
  • Optionally, the equipment can have built-in a ticket printer so that the user can have a delivery receipt of the supply.
  • The users who do not have a magnetic key cannot use the dispenser.
  • It is possible to assign a monthly limit per user.

Communication:

  • The controller is communicated through a GSM modem to the PC in order to transfer the data saved in its memory and know the done supplies per each user.
  • Several controllers can be connected to the same PC or, e.g., we can have several dispensers in different villages and receive the information to the PC in the general headquarters (water supplier, City Hall...).

Software:

The software allows knowing:

  • the user, the date, the supplied litres, the number of the dispenser, the value of the supplied litres; or
  • the list of supplies per user, according to some date interval, and so on.
