Collection tray and IBC bucket for collection of waste lubricants

Customer's request:
The customer exposes the existing problems in the port facilities and marinas.
Many users change the lubricant of their engines and have nowhere to dispose of the waste lubricant. Several of them choose to dump the lubricant in the water. One litre of waste lubricant contaminates one million litres of water.
The customer requests a mobile solution for the collection and storage of the waste lubricant in the smaller marinas.

Provided solution:
A 1,000-litre ICB is installed with a stainless steel bucket. A collection tray is made to drain the waste lubricant by gravity. The tray has a design that allows you to easily leave any type of container smaller than 50 litres. Cover to prevent entry into the rainwater tank.
