Fluid extraction system in installation for end-of-life vehicles

Customer's request:
System for extraction and storage separately, quickly, efficiently and safely all fluids of a vehicle.

Provided solution:
Custom-made fixed installation with different lanes to position the vehicle up, suck the fluids and carry them out to the storage tanks.
A vacuum suction system was used to prevent sucked solid parts and impurities from damaging any component. The fluid does not pass through any pump, thus avoiding breakdowns and maintenance.
