Module for the collection of degraded lubricants in port facilities

Customer's request:
The customer exposes the existing problems in the port facilities and marinas.
Many users change the lubricant of their engines and have nowhere to dispose of the degraded lubricant. Several of them choose to throw the lubricant into the water. 1 litre of degraded lubricant contaminates one million litres of water.
The customer requests a mobile solution for the collection and storage of the degraded lubricant.

Provided solution:
A transportable module is designed. Closed compartment where 1,000-litre IBCs are installed to store degraded lubricant.
Open area to facilitate user access.
A collection kit with suction capacity and gravity collection tray is built:

• Aspiration Kit: Composed of a gear pump with pre-filters, with metal tube for easy aspiration from drums up to 90 mm high (200 kg)
• Gravity collection tray: Composed of a collection tray, where users can leave or empty their small containers.
